Later we made the Wall Street skirt as part of an outfit for a relative's wedding. Again, I think this would make a lovely prom dress idea, using the right fabrics and accents.
All in all, this skirt lends itself well to both a simple style, and a more elegant style. The cut is classic, yet not "old fashioned", so fancier fabrics really dress it up. The skirt is easy to assemble, and I highly recommend it.
